Joel Beckham, President. Joel Beckham is an ordained minister and serves as President and is a proud native of North Carolina. Joel earned his Bachelor of Arts in History, with a minor in Political Science, from East Carolina University in 2003. During his time at ECU, he distinguished himself academically and was inducted into Phi Alpha Theta, the national history honor society. He was also recognized with an award as the most promising Junior in the History Department—an early indication of his scholarly dedication and intellectual curiosity.

Following his undergraduate studies, Joel answered God’s call to pastoral ministry and pursued theological training at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He completed the Master of Divinity degree with Biblical Languages in 2010, equipping him with a strong foundation in the original languages of Scripture and careful biblical interpretation. Upon graduation, he was honored with two prestigious awards: one for excellence in New Testament scholarship and another for excellence in preaching—recognitions that reflect both his academic discipline and his passion for faithfully proclaiming God’s Word.

Joel continued his theological education at Southeastern by completing a Master of Theology (Th.M.), further deepening his scholarship and sharpening his theological convictions. His post-graduate work strengthened his commitment to doctrinal clarity, pastoral theology, and the training of future church leaders.

As President and Lead Pastor, Joel combines academic rigor with pastoral warmth. He is devoted to preaching Christ-centered sermons, mentoring emerging leaders, and guiding the church in fulfilling the Great Commission. His ministry is marked by a commitment to biblical authority, theological depth, and practical application for everyday Christian living.

Dr. Enoch E. Holloway is an ordained minister and Pastor Emeritus and served as Senior Pastor at Friendship Chapel Baptist Church in Wake Forest from 1982 to 2025. Throughout his distinguished ministry, he has mentored future leaders as a field supervisor for master’s and doctoral candidates from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and Shaw University Divinity School.

Dr. Holloway has served as an adjunct professor in the Department of Religion and Philosophy at Saint Augustine’s University and at Northeastern Regional Biblical College, where he continues to shape and inspire emerging scholars and ministry leaders.

A proud alumnus of Saint Augustine’s University, Dr. Holloway earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He later received the Master of Divinity degree from Shaw University and the Doctor of Ministry degree from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

In 1993, recognizing the importance of fostering stronger community relationships, Dr. Holloway co-chaired and helped establish the Wake Forest Human Relations Council and the Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration Committee. His enduring commitment to service is further reflected in his founding of Hope House, a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the residents of Wake Forest, North Carolina.

Dr. Philibert Meyor Dr. Philibert D. Meyor is an ordained minister who faithfully serves as an Elder and Cross-Cultural Pastor at All Nations Church. With a deep passion for the Gospel and a heart for people of all backgrounds, he is committed to building bridges across cultures and equipping believers to grow in Christ.

A native of Liberia, West Africa, Pastor Philibert brings a rich international perspective to his ministry. His journey of faith and service has taken him from his homeland to the United States, where he has faithfully served churches, mission organizations, and youth ministries in both nations. His cross-cultural experiences have shaped his pastoral approach, allowing him to minister effectively in diverse congregational settings while remaining grounded in biblical truth.

Dr. Meyor earned his Bachelor of Theology degree from the Liberia Baptist Theological Seminary, where he developed a strong theological foundation and a heart for pastoral ministry. He later pursued advanced theological training at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, earning a Master of Divinity (M.Div.), a Master of Theology (Th.M.), a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.). His academic work reflects his commitment to lifelong learning, sound doctrine, and leadership development within the Church, and a third postgraduate from Wesley Theological Seminary.

In addition to his theological education, Pastor Philibert completed Level One of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) at Duke University Medical Center. This experience further equipped him to provide compassionate pastoral care in times of crisis, grief, and transition, strengthening his ability to minister to individuals and families with wisdom and empathy.

Beyond the local church, Dr. Mayor serves as a Captain and Chaplain in the United States Army. In this role, he provides spiritual leadership, counseling, and support to soldiers and their families. He considers it a profound honor and privilege to serve his country while remaining faithful to his calling as a minister of the Gospel—serving both as an Officer in the Army and as a Soldier of the Cross.

Dr. Mayor is joyfully married to his beloved wife, Korpo, and cherishes time spent with family and friends. Outside of ministry, he enjoys singing, reading, playing soccer, and engaging in outdoor handiwork. His life and ministry are anchored in his favorite Scripture, Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me,” a verse that reflects his unwavering faith, resilience, and dependence on Christ in every season of life.

Through preaching, teaching, pastoral care, and leadership, Dr. Mayor seeks to glorify God, strengthen the Church, and faithfully serve wherever the Lord calls him.

Mrs. Karyn A. Vasconcellos serves as Senior Vice President and Credit Advisor at Pinnacle Financial Partners, bringing more than 30 years of distinguished experience in the banking and financial services industry. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for exceptional leadership, strategic financial insight, and an unwavering commitment to helping clients achieve long-term stability and success. Her expertise spans credit analysis, risk assessment, portfolio management, and relationship banking, making her a trusted advisor.

Karyn began her academic journey in Jamaica, where she earned an Accounting degree from The College of Arts, Science & Technology. She later pursued further studies in the United States, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Barry University. Continuing her commitment to professional excellence, she obtained a Master’s degree in Finance from University of Phoenix, equipping her with advanced financial knowledge and strategic management skills that have served her well throughout her career.

In addition to her business and financial training, Karyn expanded her academic and spiritual formation by earning a Diploma in Women’s Studies from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. This unique blend of financial expertise and theological study reflects both her intellectual curiosity and her deep commitment to faith-based leadership and service.

Karyn’s professional excellence has been recognized with numerous accolades over the years. Among these honors is the prestigious INROADS Supervisor of the Year Award, which she received in 2004 in recognition of her outstanding mentorship, leadership, and dedication to developing young professionals. Her leadership style is marked by integrity, diligence, and a genuine investment in the growth and well-being of those she serves and leads.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Karyn is deeply devoted to her faith and community. She faithfully serves as a leader at All Nations Church, where her dedication to spiritual growth is evident in her achievement of the highest level of Scripture memorization (Level III). Karyn is joyfully married to her husband, Mark, and is a proud mother to her adult son. She deeply values time with her family and is passionate about serving both locally and globally. DrMark S. Vasconcellos, CEO & Founder, is an ordained minister in North Carolina and an ordained bishop in Guyana, South America. He serves as an Elder and International Pastor at All Nations Church (ANC) in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Driven by a deep commitment to both local and global missions, Dr. Vasconcellos has shared the gospel of Jesus Christ across five continents — including Belgium, Brazil, Canada, England, France, Germany, Guyana, India, Israel, Jamaica, the Netherlands, Morocco, Nepal, Portugal, Spain, Thailand, Vietnam, the United States, and beyond. His ministry is further marked by a lifelong dedication to civil and human rights and the pursuit of justice.

Dr. Vasconcellos has been honored for his service at both national and international levels. In 2024, he received Congressional Recognition for his advocacy and contributions to the community. In 2015, former President and Prime Minister of Guyana Samuel Hinds recognized him for his service to the Guyanese people. And in 2003, he was presented with the distinguished “Ambassador for Peace” award in honor of his exemplary character and selfless dedication to others.

His academic preparation reflects the same breadth as his ministry. Dr. Vasconcellos holds a Doctor of Ministry (DMin) and a Master of Arts (MA) from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, North Carolina, a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Florida International University, and an Associate of Science (AS) from Miami Dade College. He has deepened his theological understanding through specialized studies in biblical geography at the University of the Holy Land in Israel, and through overseas coursework on Buddhism and Islam in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

A seasoned educator and trainer, Dr. Vasconcellos draws on a diverse professional background that includes experience as a law enforcement instructor — a foundation that has shaped his disciplined approach to leadership, community engagement, and service. He is fluent in both English and Spanish and brings years of teaching and training experience to every aspect of his ministry.
